Words can be magic, but...
Choosing the right words to slay your intended audience is a niche skill. Words are arguably the most powerful tool that we as human beings have to engage, delight and influence.
By the same token, using the WRONG words or putting together the dreaded ramble (I like to call those "word salads" - hold the mayo!) can have the opposite effect and may, in fact even offend your target audience.
